Copyright notice (DMCA)
Last updated Sep 28, 2026
Hentkor (https://hentkor.net) respects copyright. If you believe your work is available without permission, send a notice with the details below. We accept notices in the form used by the US DMCA and notices that assert rights under the copyright law of the Republic of Korea. This page applies from 29 September 2026.
What to include
Email legal@hentkor.net with:
- Your name and contact details, as the rightsholder or an agent
- The name and a description of the work you believe is infringed
- The address on the service where the material appears
- A statement that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorized to act for them
- Your signature. A typed name on an electronic notice is enough
If there are several addresses, list them in one notice. Include an identifier we can look up, such as a work number or a page address.
What we do
If the notice is complete, we may remove the work or disable access to it. If something is missing, we will ask you to complete it. We may decline a notice that does not come from a rightsholder or does not identify the material.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address. Include your name and contact details, the address of the removed material, a statement that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction required by the applicable law, and your signature. After a valid counter notice, we review restoration under the procedure the law requires.
Repeat infringement
We may limit or close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
